Women on Weights:

Get ready to have fun and gain strength and stability, build muscle tone, decrease your risk of injury and learn the fundamentals of a safe and effective exercise program in this group personal training session for women only! Classes start monthly and meet various times throughout the week.

Fitness BootCamps – COMING SOON:

Are you stuck in a rut or looking for something new to pump up your workout routine? Our eight week bootcamps are the answer you have been looking for. There will be a variety of bootcamps offered to fit your needs. All bootcamps meet two times per week, include a consultation with our registered dietitian, and include a pre and post assessment to gauge your progress. Classes will start in May.

Healthplex Running Club – NEW:

The running club is open to walkers, joggers, or experienced runners and we will participate in one event around Indianapolis every month. Club members can participate in group practices on Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. at Westview Healthplex, will receive a monthly newsletter focusing on the latest health and fitness news and education, and we will register you and pick up your packets for all group runs! Yearly cost is $48 per year and includes a t-shirt. Cost does not include race fees.

REACH Youth Strength and Conditioning Program:

The goal of the REACH program is to encourage and motivate children to establish healthy habits at an early age, have the opportunity to be active, and learn about the benefits of regular physical activity. Classes meet for one hour and focus on strength training, agility and plyometric conditioning and flexibility. All REACH classes are taught by a member of our degreed and certified fitness staff and follow strict guidelines for youth strength and conditioning. Participants will do a pre and post from the Presdents Fitness Challenge to track their progress and will learn how to safely and effectifely participate in strength and conditioning exercises.

In addition to our hour REACH classes, we have added new REACH Blast classes. Blast classes meet for 30 minutes focusing on strength training and agility/plyometric conditioning. Participants must complete a minimum of 12 one-hour REACH classes prior to attending a Blast class.
