From corporate membership rates, to wellness education classes, and on-site fitness center management, the staff of Westview Healthplex can put together a package just for you.
Employee Option
- No minimum employees required to begin
- No start up costs or company contribution
- Access to employee communication and promotion
- Payroll deduction or Employee direct billing
- Employee receives 25% savings on Enrollment Fee
- Employee receives up to 13% savings on monthly dues
Corporate Contribution
- Minimum of 10 employees required to begin
- One time company start up cost
- Access to employee communication and promotion
- Payroll deduction or Employee direct billing
- Employee receives 50% savings on Enrollment Fee
- Employee receives up to 25% savings on monthly dues
Both corporate options require a signed agreement which describes the included amenities, programs, offerings and expectations of both corporate partners. Agreement may be re-evaluated every 12 months to assure financial and physical effectiveness.
Corporate partner may also create membership and wellness incentives to encourage higher employee participation which will assure increased results related in higher quality of overall health. Such results relate to company savings in health care costs and claims.
