Greg is responsible for all aspects of food service at the Healthplex, which includes the day to day operation of the Courtside Café and Courtside Catering. Healthplex caters anything from a simple continental breakfast for 10 to a full dinner for hundreds of hungry souls. The Courtside Café offers a variety of items from bottled beverages to chicken quesadillas. As part of the senior management team Greg is involved in with the Manager on Duty rotation which serves as the weekend management of the entire club. Greg has been with Healthplex since 1999.
